At Soto, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all hardware and instructions.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
